Falcons, Please Submit an ID Replacement Request form if you have lost or damaged your ID. If you are a new student and have not received an ID, you may also submit the form to receive one. Contact our school librarian, Miss Azia, awillis@tustin.k12.ca.us, if you have any questions. The cost of ID replacement is $5. Fines are expected to be paid in the library with cash or check before the end of the school year. Failure to pay will result in the fine remaining on the student's record until it has been paid.
